Day #11 Saturday

Today is shopping day.

Planned to leave at 11am. But due to something anything everything, delayed.

We went to Han Kou (another district in Wuhan)

Wuhan consist of 3 district - 武昌 汉口 汉阳

We rented a van service, $150 for single, $300 return

We past by 东湖. which I think is a nice place la. next weekend must go :) there's an ocean park :D

We walked alot.

This is the route we walked. from 汉江路 to 汉正街

about 5km. then we walked to the 世贸广场.

total travel time by walking = approx 2 hours

beside 世贸广场 is a high-end shopping mall, forget the name already

inside all branded brands. gucci la, hugo boss la, etc. 1 shirt = 8k rMB

Settled dinner at McD AGAIN in 世贸广场

then phoned the van driver, he went to us in about 30 minutes

then we went back to hostel by 1 van, the rest took cab

We brought a map and we followed closely according to the map and we are aware of our location. so, i need to declare that we are not lost or disorientated. we were on track.

China driving style is pro. the driver faked a turn, pretending to turn right, then turn back sterling and go straight

Exam result on friday 9am :o

Lessons:

• China driving is pro
• better communication required to pretend something unhappy from happening
• if possible, confirm before ordering food. to prevent mis-order
• anti-social is a sensitive word and should not be anyhow used
