Day #10 Friday

Had class as usual

It was a 5 hours class today.

On timetable, it was 9am class. But Mr Wee thought it was a 10am class. So we started late.

Then shortened the 2-hours-break-time, we ended our class earlier.

Went to eat at the LHS of South Campus, walked around that area, went into their residential area, all sorts of old flats and old buildings. Wanted to eat Huo Guo 火锅, but end up eating Beef Noodle again. 兰州 

We declared ourselves as Korean.

After the meal, we followed Li Zhen to walk to the RHS of East Campus, walked for about 10 minutes. then realised that we are conned. there's nothing much to see/do there -.-

So, we decided to cab to Carrefour for official shopping la. Been there a few times were for buying household stuff only. This time go shop.

Found a $99 RMB crocs, confirmed that it is a fake, because i checked and the retail is $200++ rmb for a original crocs. so, bo hua la. go back malaysia buy Asadi crocs, only 5 SGD (about 13 ringgit).

Bought a rubik cube for $13 RMB. Only know how to solve 1 side :(

Wanted to eat the japanese restaurant, but long queue, so end up eating KFC. bought the bucket set.

While waiting for the girls' group, we went to eat McD. Tried all the 3 pies - Taro (yam), Red Bean and PineApple.

Taro was the best 1 :)

2 pies for $7 RMB

We also went to carrefour to buy some household stuff and food. Bought eggs and butter so we can fry egg :)

On the way back, Li Zhen keep talking and point this point that, then keep distracting the Driver. until the driver fed up and didnt send us back to direct hostel, even he can earn more while driving further. Li Zhen keep distracting, talk, and take photo! grrr. like scare nobody knows that we are tourists

Lesson:

• There is a discounted/low price for egg, I think is government subsidise 1. a long queue to get the egg :(
• China McD does not have chili sause. they have the hot pepper powder only
• Only 1 person to give instruction in cab for better and easier communication
• No distraction to driver please
• Avoid taking so much photo like "you never come to a town". If they see you keep taking photo = you are tourist = they chop you
